Kebabs of Veal with Lavender Pesto

Return to Recipes

Lavender sugar is very easy to make and it can be used in cakes, biscuits, cream, and sweet and savoury dishes. All you need is 1 tablespoon of fresh lavender or 1 teaspoon of dried lavender buds. Put them into 150 g of sugar and leave them for a couple of days. The longer the flowers are left, the stronger the taste of lavender. The sugar will last for up to 6 months.
