New York Cheesecake with Cherry Sauce

A classic American recipe with slightly different slant, instead of using the original cream cheese this recipe uses goats’ cheese and is topped with a delicious cherry sauce. You can use fresh or tinned cherries. The biscuit base will become soggy if this dessert isn’t completely cold after cooking before putting it into the fridge.
